Know Your Net Promoter Score
BioInformatics has announced three significant upgrades to the Interactive Market Intelligence experience. In addition to much better on-site performance and faster page loading speeds, we have added Net Promoter Score and a Content section, which contains a summarized export and full questionnaire of the report.
IMI, launched this year, has transformed the way life science market data analytics have been reported and consumed. We thank all of our clients for their incredible feedback and for making this launch a success. We look forward to even more upgrades and report titles into 2016!
Net Promoter Score
A fairly new metric but hardly unfamiliar to our clients, Net Promoter Score (NPS) answers the critical question: How likely is it that you would recommend our company/product/service to a friend or colleague? Promoters are those who respond with a score of 9 or 10 and are considered loyal enthusiasts. Detractors are those who respond with a score of 0 to 6, aka unhappy customers. Scores of 7 and 8 are Passives, and they will only count towards the total number of respondents, but not directly affect the formula. NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of customers who are Detractors from the percentage of customers who are Promoters.
In the IMI platform, Net Promoter Score is now featured in all of our reports, and can be compared and filtered by several individual brands, region and market segments. See how your brand loyalty stacks up against your competitors in aggregate and across industry/academia and US/EU/Asia.
Content Section
Thanks to many of our IMI clients’ suggestions, we’ve included exportable top line summaries and the full questionnaire fielded for each report in the newly created Content Section within IMI. We recommend downloading these reports as soon as you gain access to IMI for on-the-go reading as PDFs.
Better Performance
We have made strides to increase the speeds of our platform loading so the in-page navigation and comparing/filtering are as seamless as possible. While the platform still requires Internet access, it is easy to access via tablet and data views may be saved for faster loading. We recommend exporting all of the views that are compelling and creating offline presentations for your records.
